Key Responsibilities

1.   Equipment & Facility Maintenance

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for production machinery, utilities, and facility systems.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems operate at optimal performance levels.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and performance monitoring of equipment and facilities.
• Support maintenance activities for cold rooms, freezers, chillers, and temperature-controlled systems critical to frozen products.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting production machines related to mechanical and electrical systems.

2.  Breakdown & Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies to minimise production downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and safely.
