Key Responsibilities

Product Inspection & Testing

• Inspect PCBA for soldering quality, component placement, and workmanship.
• Conduct functional, reliability, and safety testing.
• Verify products meet internal and customer quality standards.

Troubleshooting, Repair & Soldering

• Diagnose and repair defective PCBAs and electronic components.
• Perform SMT and manual soldering, rework, and component replacement.
• Support production in resolving technical and quality issues.
• Escalate recurring defects to engineers for corrective action.

Equipment Registration & Maintenance

• Register, label, and maintain testing and inspection equipment.
• Ensure calibration records and equipment status are up to date.
• Support basic equipment troubleshooting and setup.

Documentation & Reporting

• Record inspection, testing, and repair results.
