Bhd.**Job Description****Job Purpose:*** To perform quality service and repairs in a professional and timely manner on customers’ vehicles.**Job Content:****Daily Vehicle Handling*** Accurate and timely performance of all work instructions stipulated in repair orders assigned by job controllers.* Accomplish and maintain high level of quality, productivity and efficiency, achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets thus maintain low rate of comeback repairs or complaints* Responsible for vehicle cleanliness, security and safety while in service centres.* Immediately inform service foremen on any work delays whenever jobs are unable to meet actual flat rate time.**Operations*** Attend morning briefings daily and responsible to listen and understand latest developments and daily business figures of workshop.* To obtain minimum of the set Efficiency, Productivity and Utilisation.* Responsible for ensuring tagging and information on warranty defe...
