Technician (Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC)

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

Conduct regular inspections (preventive maintenance) to ensure all equipment operates at optimum performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as gas leaks, compressor faults, electrical problems, and airflow issues.

Check gas pressure, voltage, electrical connections, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Carry out cleaning services such as indoor/outdoor unit cleaning, chemical servicing, and overhaul.

Prepare daily work reports, maintenance forms, and inspection records accurately.

Advise customers or management on required repairs, improvements, or equipment replacements.

Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with SOPs and industry standards.

Manage spare parts, tools, and ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
