Technician | Medical Aesthetic Equipment

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Technician to handle the delivery, setup, and basic maintenance of medical aesthetic machines. This role involves coordinating with engineers and sales teams, performing installation testing, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing on-site technical support to ensure machines are operational and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out delivery and urgent transfers of machines and parts
• Maintain accurate daily records of machine movements and transfers
• Unbox, inspect, set up, and test newly arrived equipment and accessories
• Perform basic housekeeping and ensure machines are clean and ready for deployment
• Assist with system setup and documentation (ECL)
• Troubleshoot installation issues and perform routine repair work
• Respond to breakdown calls and provide on-site maintenance support
