Technician (MHS)

Position Summary Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all M & E including air-conditioning and refrigerated equipment including all sanitary, steam, hot and cold-water fittings, pumps. Ensure that all such equipments are working satisfactorily and efficiently through the hotel.
Responsibilities Service and repair all electrical and mechanical equipment such as meters, starters, switch gears, fittings, wiring, vacuum machines, cables and all electrically operated machines throughout the hotel Install new starters including wiring and laying of cables, sockets, conducts, exhaust fans, doorbells, television sets, automatic doors, light fittings, etc Run new wiring and cables, also all electrical fittings, lighting points, power points, fuse boxes, isolators, etc To assist other technicians to perform other jobs as required by the Management Observe and report any equipment, switch gears or wiring circuits which are not functioning properly and rectifying the same inc...
