Job Description
- Monitor productivity targets, production output, and product quality to meet daily goals.
- Monitor machine downtime and take immediate corrective action to minimize production loss.
- Conduct process study and detailed analysis of problem parts to improve efficiency and quality.
- Perform troubleshooting during initial running and production issues.
- Set and update moulding machine parameters after mould setup.
- Responsible for fast and effective mould changing.
- Maintain, monitor, and inform relevant parties of any breakdown involving injection machines, cooling towers, robots, heaters, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot, set up, and adjust robots as required.
- Increase production output while minimizing rejection and quality defects.
- Check and verify Daily Production Output and Reject Reports.
