Work Location: MYSTAY Foreign Workers Hostel Bandar Sultan Suleiman (Klang)

Job description:

• Responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds such ensuring the facility is clean, properly functional in good repair and safe
• Performing basic ground work and responsible for basic buildings repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical.
• Perform daily maintenance of all common areas and general preventative maintenance, repairs, grounds and overall upkeep
• Friendly personality and dedication to help others when responding to our tenant's request
• Ability to word under pressure situation, long hours, public holidays and exercise good judgement

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
