Job Description
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain optimal performance
Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance
Follow production schedules and meet output and quality targets
Record production data, equipment performance, and any deviations
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g. OSHA)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
