Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Solar Maintenance Technician for on-site inspection, troubleshooting, and repair works at a large-scale solar power plant.

Responsibilities

1. Pv System Inspection – Conduct routine inspection of PV modules, structures, and cabling. Perform thermal imaging, string voltage checks, and insulation resistance tests. Identify issues such as hot spots, connector failures, cable damage, shading, or grounding issues.
2. Corrective & Preventive Maintenance – Replace faulty modules, fuses, AC/DC breakers, connectors, and SPD. Assist in inverter, combiner box, transformer, and switchgear maintenance. Support control room with alarm validation.
3. Electrical & Site Work – Maintain site housekeeping and safety. Respond to emergency faults.
