Job Summary
Assist Centre Management Office for the efficient management of day-to-day mall operational activities and ensure that the M&E services of the building are in optimal operational level
Key Responsibilities
Assist Centre Management Office for the efficient management of day-to-day mall operational activities and ensure that the M&E services of the building are in optimal operational level
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily routine inspection on the building and M&E systems such as electrical, lighting, chiller control, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, pumps, fire protection, BMS and plumbing/sanitary, etc. to identify malfunction
- To report on breakdowns, irregularities, defects, maintenance activities and record stock inventories
- To attend to Tenants’ feedback, complaints and service requests and ensure service assistance is rendered to the Tenants timely
- Performs troubleshooting and attend to equipment breakdown calls
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs and rectification works promptly
