                     Job Description   Location: Seletar, Singapore    Shift-based role (including weekends and public holidays)    Role Overview    As a Technician in Fan Blade Manufacturing, you will be part of a high-precision aerospace production environment, working on the manufacturing of hollow titanium fan blades used in Rolls-Royce aircraft engines.   This role operates within a tightly controlled, quality-critical environment where consistency, discipline, and attention to detail are essential. You will be trained across multiple processes and technologies, including CNC machining, thermal processes, non-destructive testing (NDT), and automated production systems.
