Technician, Product Engineering

Job Summary:

You will be joining a high-performing team within onsemi's EVPIM (Electrification Vehicle, Power Integrated Modules) group at the Seremban facility. As a Product Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting, including and not limited to, product development, qualification, and sustainment of EVPIM (Electrification Vehicle, Power Integrated Modules) at onsemi's Seremban facility. This position involves hands-on technical work, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality meet customer and industry standards.

Product Engineering Support:

• Execute electrical and functional testing on power modules and semiconductor devices.
• Assist in product characterization, validation, and reliability testing, as required.
