Reporting directly to the Director of Program Accountability, this position serves a variety of functions including the setup and maintenance of student records, data entry for student registration and LEIS , grades, graduates, and contact hours; updating and monitoring Adult High School student transcripts; maintaining official transcript documentation and records; assisting with course roster pre-audit and processing; and maintaining confidentiality of student records through established procedures.
