Technician -Property Maintenance Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to manage daily operations and maintenance across our properties. Candidates with hotel industry experience are preferred for their high service standards and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems across office, rented properties, and MDs' residences.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent repair needs.
• Manage and supervise vendors/contractors for maintenance, servicing, and renovations, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance tools, spare parts, and inventory.
• Support safety compliance, including fire protection and emergency systems.
