Responsibilities

• Ensure all air conditioning system of the building is well maintained and in good working condition.
• Monitor the function of air conditioning system using the Building Automated System (‘BAS’).
• Attend promptly to all complaints of the tenants on issues relating to the air conditioning system and update the Building Manager on the nature of the problems and status of the work done.
• Monitor and keep track of the inventory for air conditioning parts and equipment.
• Assist team members on the general upkeep and maintenance of the building, and perform building site inspection as and when required by the Building Manager.
• Maintain a logbook to record daily work activities.
• Respond to any emergency/urgent matters that may arise in the building.
• Uphold a good personal image and conduct.
• Carry out any other duties assigned to you by the Building Manager.
