Job Description
- Conduct R&D, ceramic tile, and raw material testing according to standard testing methods and timelines.
- Perform troubleshooting tests, urgent testing, and evaluation of internal and external samples with accuracy.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping, cleanliness, and ensure all lab equipment is in good working condition.
- Monitor and manage R&D and raw material stock levels, including sampling activities at mines when required.
- Assist in supervising, guiding, and training junior or newly joined laboratory technicians.
- Support planning and distribution of daily tasks among laboratory technicians.
- Prepare test reports, documentation, and provide regular updates to executives.
- Assist in factory trial runs, exploration activities, and support ISO 17025 audit testing requirements.
- Support SAP-related documentation and reporting tasks as guided by the executive.
