Technician

Job Summary
This role is based at Seletar Mall and supports the Centre Management Office in overseeing the mall's daily operations. The position also ensures that the building's M&E services are maintained at optimal operating levels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily routine inspection on the building and M&E systems such as electrical, lighting, chiller control, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, pumps, fire protection, BMS and plumbing/sanitary, etc. to identify malfunction.
To report on breakdowns, irregularities, defects, maintenance activities and record stock inventories.
To attend to Tenants' feedback, complaints and service requests and ensure service assistance is rendered to the Tenants timely.
Performs troubleshooting and attend to equipment breakdown calls.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs and rectification works promptly.
