Technician

Job Summary
This role is based at Seletar Mall and supports the Centre Management Office in overseeing the mall’s daily operations. The position also ensures that the building’s M&E services are maintained at optimal operating levels.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily routine inspection on the building and M&E systems such as electrical, lighting, chiller control, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, pumps, fire protection, BMS and plumbing/sanitary, etc. to identify malfunction.
• To report on breakdowns, irregularities, defects, maintenance activities and record stock inventories.
• To attend to Tenants’ feedback, complaints and service requests and ensure service assistance is rendered to the Tenants timely.
• Performs troubleshooting and attend to equipment breakdown calls.
• Performs assigned day-to-day repairs and rectification works promptly.
