Job Description & Requirements

As Technician you will be responsible to:

• Provide service and repair for custom made earpieces, (In-The-Ear) ITE and (Behind-The Ear) BTE hearing instruments
• Handle urgent custom-made earpiece orders
• Quality check and testing of all outgoing hearing instruments
• Complete the necessary documents after packing all outgoing instruments
• Provide support in logistics when necessary
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
