Technician Specialist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair motherboard-level faults (short circuit, no power, no display, overheating, etc.).
• Perform component-level repair including IC replacement, reballing, and micro-soldering.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues using proper diagnostic tools.
• Ensure quality control and proper testing after repair.
• Maintain repair records and report technical findings.
• Support other technicians with complex cases when required.
• Handle repair tasks within the assigned turnaround time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motherboard repair (mobile phone / laptop / electronic devices).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Relevant technical certification is an advantage.
