Technician

1. Actively participates in the daily technical meetings conducted by the General Manager/authorized representative, reporting problems encountered with clients’ machines and actions taken.

2. Studies the technical aspect of new equipment and continuously improves his knowledge and skills.

3. Services clients as dispatched by the Technical Head/authorized representative Ensures that all forms are properly filled up, signed by client and submitted to assigned personnel for encoding.

4. Guides the clients in conducting simple troubleshooting over the telephone.

5. Assists with exhibits or other promotional activities.

6. Helps maintain the demo units in the showroom in good working condition.

7. Provides strong support in the implementation of Company-wide programs and activities that will create a happy and positive working environment that fosters unity within the group and other departments.
