Technician

Responsibilities

• To provide the support in solving all technical issues in the mall.
• To carry out building facilities maintenance by attending to all maintenances issues and general building matters i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm system, Air-conditioning etc. related with building services
• Oversee the work/performance of subordinate including supervising the work of contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirement.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities placed under the care of department for uninterrupted mall activities/operations.
• Have to work long/late hours and Holidays if required i.e. for retails outlets inside a shopping mall, all major repairing/installation work to be done after operation hour
• Participate in the set up and dismantle of events and fairs.
• To record data entry, up-dating and maintaining of records.
