Technician / Technical Officer (District Cooling Plants/ ACMV/ CHILLER)

Work Location: CENTRAL

Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)

Completion Bonus: Enhanced Bonus (up to 3 months per yr)

• Shift hours: alternate weeks of morning and evening shift

o Morning shift: 8am to 8pm

o Evening shift: 8pm to 8am

• Base shift allowance: $60, $50 per night shift

What You'll Do

• Assist in the execution of District Cooling Plants' Operations & Maintenance works

• Attend daily toolbox and work meeting conducted by Engineer and Supervisor.

• Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned

• Carry out daily walk-through plant inspection.

• Upkeep maintenance records, work area and tools

• Assist the Engineers in the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts

• Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies...
