JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in  troubleshooting of any computer hardware in the hospital.
• Day to day monitoring of system performance in terms of utilization and capacity.
• KCIS support for users, Add new consultants and application maintenance.
• Monitoring Network & Wireless Connectivity throughout hospital.
• Work with external  provider  or vendor  on minor system problem whenever IT Executive or IT Assistant are not available.
• New price adjustment code request (HITS).
• Manage users, groups, and access level in Active Directory.
• Maintain Fax Core system.
• Infinitt and PACS secondary support.
• Other instruction  that  may  be  relevant  by HOS
• Ensure   compliance   to   Standard   People Practice (SPP)

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Diploma of IT / Computer Science

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Fresh graduates or 3 years' experience
