Your Job

1. To perform connector product tests per related standard/specifications.

2. To support test engineers to complete failure analysis.

What You Will Do

1. Conduct connector product sealing tests according to standard, specification, and SOP, including Pressure/Vacuum leak test, Leak rate test, IR/DWV test, IP9K test, Dust test, etc.（根据相关标准和作业指导书，按要求执行连接器产品密封性能测试，如正负压密封测试、绝缘/耐压测试、泄露率测试、高压冲水测试、防尘测试等）。

2. Conduct failure analysis tests according to standard, specification, and SOP, including Solderability test, Core test, SEM test, FTIR test, TGA test, DSC test, MFR test, Cross-Section test, etc.（根据相关标准和作业指导书，按要求执行产品失效分析测试，如可焊性、共面度、扫描电镜、红外光谱、热重分析、差分扫描、熔融指数、金相抛磨等）。

3. Record test raw data in detail and prepare complete test reports timely.（做好试验过程的原始记录，并及时出具测试报告）。

4. Maintain test equipment (including sealing test equipment and failure analysis test equipment) to ensure normal operation.（维护保养测试设备，包括密封测试设备和失效分析相关测试设备，确保设...
