Technician, Tool Setup & Adjustment

TAJCO is a Danish company and has started a new business in Queretaro in automotive industry - exhaust trims. We are looking for a new Technician, Tool setup & adjustment, that including **the main responsibilities**:
- Strictly follow factory discipline, safety rules, and work instructions from supervisors, assistant team leaders, and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations in the new plant.
- Carefully inspect tools and machines before and after tool setup to ensure proper installation, quality, and adjustment aligned with production requirements.
- Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including setup records and quality checklists. If any tools require repair during online operation, promptly fill out repair requests and notify the supervisor.
- Operate equipment safely and precisely according to the equipment operation and tool setup instructions, ensuring zero defects and adherence to safety standards.
