Description
 :Ensure all activities in laboratory and machine hall will comply with company EHS standard with zero reportable accident.
Maintaining awareness and adhering to EH&S procedures and standards.
Ensure optimum products development by using the combined resources of the Global Application Teams in Asia, EAME & USA.
Coordinate with Technical Manager to develop the specified request products for Asia countries and update the progress regularly.
Transfer the system management and operation technology to country technician for the product commercialization smoothly.
To promote personal capability and professional experience for Elastomer product applications by:
Refresh the market trend regularly and keep high personal sensitivity for new products application in new market.
Collect competitive information including products / activities / literatures.
Establish good communication links with Asia ...
