Technology Assistant - Level 0 (freshers – full time) – July - 2020

Objective of Asst Desktop Engineer (DE) support:

To manage the DE support in the short-term under the Circuit Breaker and Movement Control Order environment to minimize schools’ user experience degradation

To structure the support such that more Singapore-based resources are in place

Short term structure can last from current time to Dec’20

Profile of Asst DE:

Fresh Graduates from ITE, Poly and University who are either waiting for NS, or just graduated and looking for jobs

Retrenched PMETs

Stay at home parents who want to work part time who are skilled but unable to do so because of school going kids

Older workers (Retirees)

Job Scope:

Basic IT support

Setup Classroom / Lab

Deploying Mobile Carts

Patching

Inventory management

Support during peak school hours
