:The Opportunity
We are seeking a Technology Center Manager to lead our South Asia Technology Center (TC SAS) in Vadodara, India. TC SAS develops and maintains a broad range of High Voltage Products, comprising Air- and Gas-insulated Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Power Quality. In this role, you will oversee a world-class R&D organization and drive the development of innovative, competitive products that support long‑term business growth. You will build and nurture a high‑performing technical team, ensuring the delivery of cutting‑edge solutions that strengthen our market position and meet evolving customer expectations.
