Technology Contract Specialist

• Provide comprehensive support in drafting, reviewing, managing, and monitoring contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations and policies, timely execution and renewals, and effective governance across the Singapore office.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on outsourcing processes by implementing and enhancing vendor contract management, governance, performance evaluation, and due diligence in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or analytical tools to generate actionable insights on contract and vendor performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology., with over 5 years of experience managing projects and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with industry practices and regulatory requirements
