Your Tasks:

+ Cost/tooling/investment/emission calculations (BPG/BPB/CEI/BPI) on component level

+ Cost-Down workshops at supplier (PPV improvement) and on-site validations

+ Quote and Gap analysis as well as the development of gap closure recommendations

+ Deep collaboration with Commodity Purchasing (e.g. demonstration and negotiation of Cost structures with suppliers; contribution to SAB/SDB)

+ Deep Support of PCEs (Product Cost Engineers) in component calc. (BPG/BPB/CEI/BPI) for design-to-cost, benchmarking, target achievement
