Technology Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop eflash process with internal R&D and Module teams.
• Understand customers' requirement on device/process specifications.
• Collaborate with internal R&D testing team to develop eflash CP test program and qualification criteria.
• Develop and improve new devices, including electrical parameter tuning and layout optimization, as well as device qualification.
• Set up PDK related document for new development devices, including topological layout rule definition and electrical spec definition, as well as Boolean formula creation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/physics/materials engineering or other relevant fields.
• Possess minimum of 5 years Experience in Foundry R&D, process integration, device development or process modules.
• Good communication, self-motived and avid learner.
