Technology Director –Back Office Financial Systems

**This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.**

**Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership**

+ Serve as a strategic technology partner and trusted advisor to Finance executive leadership, enabling business outcomes through modern financial systems.
+ Translate Finance strategy and operational needs into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective technology solutions.
+ Provide thought leadership on finance digitization, AI use cases, automation, and platform modernization.

**Enterprise Financial Systems Leadership**

+ Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle management for all Raymond James corporate finance system including:
+ General Ledger and Accounts Payables
