Technology Innovation Senior Specialist

The Technology Innovation Senior Specialist builds research insights to develop and drive new innovation initiatives. The Innovation Specialist is responsible for deeper analysis of strategic opportunities and for concept development – translating research findings into viable innovation proposals (new product ideas, partnerships, process improvements, etc.). This role stays on top of fintech and technology trends, evaluates their feasibility for Home Credit, and often leads initial experiments or pilot projects to test out high-potential ideas.

What You Will Do

• Opportunity Scouting: Identify and evaluate high-potential innovation opportunities that align with Home Credit’s strategic goals. This includes spotting new technologies, emerging fintech platforms, or novel UX methodologies that could enhance Home Credit’s offerings.
