Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to teams from Research & Development, Marketing and Engineering, Product Management, Advertising Sales, Marketing & Communications from the initial stages of product development to launch.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology contracts such as Cloud/SaaS agreements.

Support business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch, including new features, products and services, and programs.

Review global products, features, and platforms to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies focused on company goals.

Remain up to date on relevant industry, data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws and regulations to ensure an ongoing ability to provide thoughtful and relevant advice.
