We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Information Technology to lead and manage our IT operations, infrastructure, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee PHP-based in-house software, pfSense firewall and network security, PDF/document servers, multiple AI projects, and the network department, ensuring system reliability, security, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development, AI, network, and IT support teams.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and performance of PHP-based in-house applications.
• Manage IT infrastructure, servers, and network operations, including pfSense firewall and VPNs.
• Ensure high availability, security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
