Technology Plant Operator

• We have an immediate opportunity for a dedicated individual to join us as a Technology Plant Operator, reporting to the Staff Scientist Manager. You will work closely with the Operations Specialist, who will provide day‑to‑day guidance.
• This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and an openness to learn about the chemistry and production of low carbon fuels.
• This is a permanent, full‑time role. You will work at our Ottawa location five days a week.
• In this role, you will be responsible for investigating fiber processing and anaerobic digestion in a small‑scale pilot plant setting.
• This is not a routine plant manufacturing role. You will execute process runs, collect data and collaborate with team members to validate new procedures, troubleshoot issues, identify and implement solutions and improve processes.
