Job Description

Role impact:
 The Program Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of complex technology solutions organized in either projects or programs consisting of projects to support Cadillac Fairview’s business goals and objectives. The incumbent will manage program delivery across various technology platforms, business functions and capabilities in a Multi-Speed Data & Technology environment.

What you will deliver: 
Manage multiple, complex technology programs and projects simultaneously, using waterfall and/or hybrid agile methodology and provide project/ process /change management and oversight during all project phases including pre and post go-live

Work closely with business stakeholders (any of Digital & Innovation, Marketing, Finance, Operations and/or Data & Technology (D&T) managers/directors) to determine project scope and vision, and set expectations
