Technology Solutions Analyst (Center for Media & Technology Solutions) - #Staff

Johns Hopkins Engineering is seeking a **_Technology Solutions Analyst_** to join the Center for Media & Technology Solutions (CMTS) and support Undergraduate Academic Affairs by helping improve and develop the systems, workflows, and processes that enable high-quality academic advising, student support, and academic program and policy implementation. This 0.5 FTE position will serve as a key liaison between functional users and technical partners, translating academic policies, advising operations, and emerging project goals into clear requirements, testing plans, implementation support, and continuous improvement recommendations.
