The key principle of this job is to support ACU's Mission to educate students for Christian service and leadership throughout the world.

Scope:  Responsible to the Associate Director of Technology Support for overseeing technical support of faculty and staff, and all hardware repair support for faculty, staff, and students.

• Facilitate problem-solving, installing new hardware equipment, and performing hardware or software changes.
