Technology Support

Job Responsibilities
:

1. Installing and
   configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,
   printers, and scanners
2. Monitoring and
   maintaining computer systems and
   networks
3. Responding in a timely manner to
   service issues and requests
4. Providing technical
   support across the company (this may be in person or
   virtually)
5. Setting up accounts for new
   users
6. Repairing and replacing equipment as
   necessary
7. Testing new
   technology
8. Ensuring the smooth running of
   Brandt’s Technology Infrastructure with minimal
   downtime.
9. Execution of fast recovery and backup
   of key Technology components.
10. Be on-site at the
    Company premises full time (5 days a
    week).
11. Where necessary, on project basis, to be
    available during night or weekends or public holidays to ensure
    that the project is completed.
