Technology Support Officer

Company :

• To assist any project deployment from company whenever required.
• To monitor & control all IT Asset such as PC, Laptop & other IT Equipment.
• To prepare & provide documentation of all IT distribution.
• To prepare monthly IT Asset & Expenses report.
• To ensure user request is escalated appropriately & meet Service Level Resolution of any IT related issue.
• IT invoices & payment requisition preparation & verification.
• To prepare weekly IT incident & request report.
• Business application support.
• IT equipment support.
• Software licensing monitoring.
• All reports and documentation to follow Tisax compliance.
• To monitor & coordinate departmental Kaizen, 5S & Noggin.
• To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974). <...
