TechOps Lead

Role Purpose
The TechOps Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering IT strategy aligned with Group objectives and business plans. This position ensures operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and the successful delivery of technology initiatives that drive business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
Support delivery of IT strategy in alignment with Group objectives and MedTech business priorities.

Act as the primary liaison between TechOps and MedTech leadership, ensuring clear communication of priorities, dependencies, and timelines.

Identify, plan, and prioritise technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Translate technical concepts into business language to enable informed decision-making.
