Location: Santiago, Chile (hybrid modality: remote + face-to-face)

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership of implementation and operational support of the Kiwiplan MES system in multiple plants within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
• Management of technical team, in charge of new implementations, daily support and maintenance of existing systems.
• Estimation of efforts and participation in RFI/RFP processes for project proposals (Request for Information / Request for Proposal).
• Collaboration with technicians and stakeholders to align system configuration with business processes.
• Testing, validation, and knowledge transfer to L2 support teams and end users.
• Technical leadership and mentoring for the team, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.
