**The Role**



Ensure full legal compliance in the management of hazardous waste generated from the collection of used batteries, while supporting the EHS Site Leader in evaluating applicable environmental legislation. This role safeguards regulatory adherence, documentation integrity, and alignment with environmental standards across operations.



**What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)**



+ **Hazardous Waste Documentation & Control** Ensure accurate registration, classification, and return of all legal documentation generated during hazardous waste collection (MANIFESTS).

+ **Environmental Compliance Audits** Audit compliance with environmental legislation related to hazardous waste handling, transportation, packaging, identification, and logbook registration. Analyze results, recommend corrective actions, and verify closure of findings.
