JOB SUMMARY Connection between Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering and support the autonomous preventive (and predictive) maintenance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work together with Asset Specialist to register new equipment in CMMS.Do periodical inventory in workcells and on local surplus.Work together with ME to set up equipment and their PM's in CMMS.Work together with Manufacturing to train them to TPM techniques (first of all autonomous preventive maintenance).
Generate various reports from CMMS to control PM's.Control PM delays.Maintain the CMMS database.Work together with external companies to maintain TPM techniques.Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to define problems, collect data...
