Junior Recruiter – IT & BPO Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico Work Model: On-site | Monday to Friday Office Location: Colonia Los Doctores, Monterrey English Level: Advanced / Fluent (Required) We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our on-site recruiting team in Monterrey. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on exposure to IT and BPO hiring while managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes . You will play a key role in supporting hiring needs across entry-level to mid-level IT roles (such as Help Desk and Service Desk) as well as BPO / Call Center positions , partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and internal stakeholders.
