Atender y gestionar solicitudes de servicio técnico y postventa, evaluando la aplicación de garantías y asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas HVAC instalados.

Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos de HVAC (paquetes, VRV/VRF), bombas centrífugas, ventiladores, torres de enfriamiento, equipos de precisión y sistemas de control (VAV, Dampers, Válvulas).
