We are hiring Telco Customer Support professionals for our onsite Cagayan de Oro City operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a contact center environment. Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

Qualifications:
• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• Preferably with at least 6 months call center experience
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City

Salary Package:
• ₱16,850 – No call center experience (Fresher)
• ₱19,000 – 6 to 12 months call center experience
• ₱21,000 – 13 months and above call center experience
• Up to ₱30,000 – With at least 6 months international voice BPO experience
• Up to ₱40,000 – With at least 1 year...
